They come packaged with solid D-ring mounts which have been welded inside and out, ultra-bright driving and fog light assembly, and a 16,000 lb. winch mount system. The installation process is quick and easy, as the bumpers are completely bolt-on and require no drilling or modifications to your vehicle.
