Free shipping is offered for the majority of the products available at AutomotiveStuff. With no additional fees for any product marked with the “Free Shipping” label on the “Select Shipping Destination” dropdown, AutomotiveStuff is proud to offer its customers the best deal. For oversized items or for items being shipped to certain remote locations including international locations (orders leaving the American border), an additional fee may be charged. Please note that Free shipping is available in the lower 48 states of the continental United States, so this excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
AutomotiveStuff is paying for the shipping for any product featuring a “Free Shipping” label. If the customer wants to return a product that falls under the “Free Shipping” label, they will be responsible to pay for the return shipping cost. AutomotiveStuff will gladly reimburse the difference between the product price and the original shipping fee which was incurred. It is important to note that AutomotiveStuff has made free shipping available simply for the benefit of its customers. Nevertheless, if a wrong or defective product is sent to a customer, AutomotiveStuff will cover the entire amount.

Please note that most products at AutomotiveStuff cannot be shipped to P.O Boxes. If a customer only has a P.O Box, alternative solutions include shipping to the nearest courier station or a different address of the customer’s choice. As each situation is different, please call us for more information.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
At AutmotiveStuff, we believe that honesty is the best way forward. Usually, a product takes 2-6 business days to reach the customer. However, some products that fall under the “special order” category may need additional processing time in addition to a 1-2 week shipping period. (Shipping time may extend if location is remote) Please contact us directly if you have any questions.
Estimated Shipping Date
To calculate your shipping date, we consider the time we take to pick and package your products and add that to the average courier transit time based on the destination. An extra 2-3 business days are typically added during the holiday season due to the volume of orders. The arrival date of the order may be slightly earlier or slightly later than the estimated shipping date.
Upon receiving your order, you have 30 days to return your purchase (excluding Megan Racing, NEO Motorsports [15 days], Sparco apparels, and Fab Fours) so long as the product remains unused, unaltered and undamaged in any way. We are unable to accept a return/exchange on mounted wheels under any circumstance. Fitment of wheels cannot be guaranteed if the vehicle it is meant for is lowered or lifted due to the nature of the changes that are required. Customers are responsible for paying for the return shipment as well as the initial cost of shipping we incurred when shipping the item. Unlike our competitors, AutomotiveStuff does not charge restocking fees with a few exceptions. Wheels include a 20% restocking fee, Thule products have a 50% restocking fee, Magnaflow products have a 10% restocking fee, Kooks products have a 10% restocking fee, Flowmaster products have a 15% restocking fee, and HSD Coilovers with a 25% restocking fee.
For exchanges and returns, customers can reach us at any time. All returned products must include the original packaging, paperwork, and must be assembled properly to avoid any damages during shipping. AutomotiveStuff will not accept returns on any FRP products, special order items, and body kits due to the size and nature of these products. If a customer wants an order to be re-shipped, they must bear the additional freight and handling costs. Any shipping cost that pertains to the return must also be the responsibility of the customer. Any returned product not found to be in the appropriate condition may not be refunded in full or at all. It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure they fully want something before placing an order.
Damaged, Defective, and Incorrect Products
Accidents are a part of life and we totally understand that, which is why all our shipments are fully insured at no extra cost to the customer. Should a product arrive at less than perfect conditions, either damaged or defective, customers must contact us as soon as possible. If a product is defective or damaged, it should not be used! Please note that AutomotiveStuff is not responsible for any installation fees customers incur under any circumstances.
We deal with every situation in a case by case manner, so the solution to each problem may be unique. Regardless, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Depending on what the customer prefers, we may provide a refund or a replacement product. Please note that images of the damages or defects may be required by us before proceeding with a refund or replacement.
Small damages such as minor cracks or hairline cracks to fiberglass items are not covered by shipping couriers. These minor damages can be easily fixed (for free) by a professional installer prior to installation.
Please make sure to select the correct year/make/model of your vehicle when placing an order. Note that if a customer selects the wrong year/make/model, they can always return the product within 30 days but will need to pay for the return shipment as well as the initial shipping cost we incurred when sending out the product. Also, please note that not all products that are marked as “universal fit” are automatically guaranteed to fit every vehicle. It is the sole responsibility of customers to ensure that any product that is purchased actually fits their vehicle. If a customer makes a purchase of a product that doesn’t fit their vehicle without consulting and confirming with us, they may return the product within 30 days but will have to incur the cost of the return shipment as well as the cost of the initial shipment we incurred when sending out the product. If a purchase is made due to incorrect information on our website regarding fitment, we will take full responsibility and replace the item at no cost to the customer.
Rarely, our website or independently operated websites affiliated to us may show erroneous availability listings of prices on our products. We fully apologize for any inconveniences that such errors may cause but we do reserve the right to correct any information at any time we feel necessary, with or without notice, and make updates to any related orders as a result.
Please note that after placing an order, the credit card provided by the customer will be charged right away and not when the order is shipped. The reason for this is that many products on our website are “build-to-order”, so we need to receive the payment in advance to prevent any losses that may occur due to order cancellations that take place mid-build.
MAP, short for Minimum Advertised Pricing, is a policy used by certain manufacturers which prevents us from selling certain products for a reduced price than what appears on our website. Consequently, were we to sell the product at a reduced price, our customers would not be protected by the manufacturer’s warranty on these products. Further, we would be stripped of our status as an authorized retailer. Anytime you see a MAP product being sold for less than the MAP price, please remember that the retailer is not allowed to sell that particular product and that you will not receive the manufacturer’s warranty upon purchase.

To solidify this further, we have created a price match guarantee for any product that features a “Price Match” badge. To take advantage of the price match advantage, please reach us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or via phone at 1-800-995-8177. To be eligible to for the price match guarantee, customers need to provide two details. Firstly, the item the customer is interested in must be the exact brand/products/model/finish in the same currency. Secondly, a valid URL link with the product for which you are requesting a price match. Note that the product in question must be present on the website and in stock.
Please remember that processing orders with a lower price is done at our discretion and we reserve the right to evaluate the price using the terms and conditions listed below. Prices that are being matched must include not only the item price but also any handling and shipping fees associated with it. The retailer that is being matched with must be an authorized retailer. Wholesalers and unauthorized dealers whose credibility cannot be verified will not be accepted for the price match guarantee. Rebate and liquidation prices, as well as prices from auction and marketplace sites such as eBay, Amazon, Craigslist and Kijiji, etc. Coupons, promotional offers, employee discounts and membership club stores cannot be matched. AutomotiveStuff may also not offer the price match guarantee with regards to any erroneous pricing. Please remember that price match discounts cannot be added to AutomotiveStuff promotional offers. Also, as mentioned above, the price match guarantee cannot be applied to any products that are protected by the MAP pricing policy, and doing so would not only cause us to be stripped of our authorized retailer status but also cause you to violate the manufacturer’s warranty offered to customers.
Under certain circumstances, orders may qualify as a “special order”. This may be the case if the order is rare and/or unique and as a result we may not have it in stock when the order is placed. Nevertheless, shipping remains free.We contact the manufacturer directly to request the desired products in cases when an order classifies as “special order”. A live inventory cannot be displayed as we have various warehouses and distribution centers across the country.
Customers may not necessarily know if an order can be classified as “special order” right away. Regardless, we strive to inform the customer of an order’s “special order” status before the order is placed and before any payment is processed. Various factors affect the time it takes for a “special order” item to reach the customer. The most important factor is how long it takes the manufacturer to build the product and have it sent to us. Typically, the customer can expect to have the product between 10-15 business days, although this may vary. We always strive to keep the customer in the loop. Should a customer change their mind and wish to send back the product, we would be unable to process a refund as the product was not part of our inventory in the first place and we had to specially request it from the manufacturer. Nevertheless, if a product is defective or damaged in any way or does not fit the customer’s vehicle when we said it would, we will replace the product with an equivalent product without any additional costs. If there is no equivalent product, a refund will be provided.
Certain orders that exceed $3500 in value cannot be processed via credit card. If an order exceeds $3500 and cannot be processed via credit card, one of our sales agents will reach out to you and arrange an alternative payment method. Please be advised that the return policies for this particular type of order may be different to our standard return policies (the agent will confirm the relevant details with you when applicable).
Please be advised that product images on our website do not always reflect the products purchased in the order because some product images provided by the manufacturer are generic images. If a customer is unhappy with how a product looks, they may choose to return the product but will be charged the initial shipping cost we incurred when sending the product as well as the cost of the return shipment to us.
Installation of Body Kits and Aerodynamics
Unless mentioned otherwise, all body kits are manufactured using fiberglass. Due to the production materials, the body kits will NOT be a direct bolt-on. Also, please note that body kits may require sanding, prepping, shaving, cutting, filling gaps, or other extensive body work. Modifications made may include the removal or cutting of reinforcement bars. The customer declares that they fully understand the difficulty in installing the body kit by complying with our policies. It is very HIGHLY recommended that a body shop with expertise and knowledge in custom fiberglass body skit performs the installation process. Poor fitment of the body kit is not a suitable reason for a refund. A refund will only be considered if fitment is off by extreme margins.
Please note that all brake calipers are factory remanufactured and not brand new. Regardless of where you purchase brake calipers, this will be the case. Brand new brake calipers can only be purchased from dealerships. Remanufactured brake calipers go through a stringent process to guarantee meticulous construction and rigorous testing.
Please rest assured that any customer information that is obtained in the process of completing orders will be kept completely confidential. AutomotiveStuff ensures that all transactions that take place on the website will be protected by GeoTrust SSL certificate, ensuring that all customer information is kept confidential.
Products being purchased by consumers from AutomotiveStuff are bought as is. AutomotiveStuff does not offer any additional warranties for the products sold. Instead, a standard manufacturer’s warranty covers the products. Automotive stuff will gladly put customers in contact with a manufacturer to facilitate a claim. AutomotiveStuff is not liable for any labour charges incurred by the customer in any event.
Any injury or damages that result from the usage or installation of products bought from AutomotiveStuff is not the responsibility of AutomotiveStuff. Strict government regulations ensure that certain products on our website are not suitable for highway/street use. These items are made to be used on tracks or off-road instead. Removing reinforcements, turn signals, bumpers, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is the customer’s responsibility and must be done at the customer’s discretion. The customer’s actions are not the responsibility of AutomotiveStuff.
