Factory thermostats are often standardized to suitably operate at street driving levels. When it comes to unpredictable racing applications though, they simply will not do. With the Mishimoto Racing Thermostats, cooling efficiency is emphasized as this upgrade is calibrated to trigger at lower temperatures so coolant is provided to the system at an earlier time. The coolant circulating quickly means that cooler temperatures are easier to maintain thus resulting in elevated power and performance.
Established in a variety of designs, these thermostats excel at the track but they are also safe for use at the streets. For some applications, a high quality thermostat seal would be included in the package to ensure a secure and leak-free installation. Like all the innovative designs by Mishimoto, their Racing Thermostats are meticulously assessed under today's high driving standards and are covered by a limited lifetime warranty.
