It is an upgraded version of the original CD-7 Carbon Dash, excluding the LED shade hood or buttons that are incorporated into the enclosure.

The AEM Electronics CD-7 Carbon Flat Panel Digital Display is a robust, full-color display with a daylight readable screen. It is encased with a slim and tough housing made of lightweight flow-molding carbon fiber.
